Double distillation
At the beginning, we prepare the wine which we get from dry vine varieties.
Two distillations are then carried out in the cauldron distillation apparatus.
From wine to brandy
The second distillation results in colourless clear wine with a high alcohol content
Wine then slowly matures in large 300 litre oak barrels and turns into brandy.
The colour of brandy
The dark color and exquisite flavor is obtained from tannin and lignin which dissolve in alcohol.
At the end of maturing, we dilute the distillate to the desired alcohol content level.
